Service Rates & Insurance
I believe you deserve clear, upfront information about the cost of care. I offer both private-pay and insurance-based options, so you can choose the approach that feels right for you. Insurance coverage varies by plan, including deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and other out-of-pocket costs. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your specific benefits and coverage before beginning services.
Private Pay
$180 per 50-55 minute session
Some clients choose private pay because it offers greater flexibility and allows their care to be guided by their individual needs and goals rather than insurance requirements or limitations. I share my private-pay rate openly because I believe in being transparent and honest about the cost of care from the beginning.
Accepted Insurance Plans
I currently accept:
Aetna
Carelon
Premera BCBS
Regence
Out-of-Network Benefits
If I am considered out-of-network with your insurance plan, you may still have the option to receive reimbursement for a portion of your therapy costs. I can provide a SuperBill upon request. A SuperBill is an itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance company when seeking reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.
Because every plan is different, reimbursement is not guaranteed. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn whether out-of-network mental health benefits are available to you and what reimbursement you might expect.
No-Show & Cancellation Policy
I value the time we set aside for your work together, and I understand that life sometimes brings unexpected changes. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time are subject to an $80 fee. This fee is the client's responsibility and is not billed to insurance.
My intention with this policy is to honor both your time and mine, while maintaining a consistent space for the work we do together.
